Ann Oliveri Is Making Ideas Happen

Working in associations for 30 years, my staff was voluntary and money tight. By connecting people to something larger, we succeeded beyond our dreams.

Today, I am a leadership and community cultivator, coaching leaders who are stepping into new roles in private enterprise and public service.

A Fellow of ASAE, the Center for Association Leadership, and a Certified Association Executive, I am ACC credentialed by the International Coach Federation and trained at Georgetown University as a leadership coach.

My MBA in marketing is from the George Washington University and I hold a BA  in journalism.

A Chicago native, I live with my husband, Bill, in a Sears bungalow in Chevy Chase, Maryland.

We are just as likely, though, to be living out of suitcases and traveling the world.

Where do you want to go next?

The photo collage of the lovely Tuscan countryside above was captured by long-time friend John Kenworthy. You are looking at the view from where we stay every year, the Pometti family's Fattoria La Selva near Trequanda.

The concept cloud on the Manifesto page was generated by Text Is Beautiful from an essay, Associations as Engines of Change, that appeared in Associations Now magazine in January 2010.

The images of potted plants, garden tools, sunflowers, fruit, and critters are courtesy of the creative people who make such a great resource. Please respect their rights.

Life is a beautiful magnificent thing, even to a jellyfish.
