To cultivate these game-changing competencies, we ground development in self-awareness, offering a variety assessment tools and feedback training.

 

Based on client feedback and experience using a variety of personality trait and learning assessments, I chose to be credentialed to administer and interpret the ESCI 360 and a portfolio of HayGroup self and organizational assessment tools that leverage the research of Daniel Goleman,  Richard Boyatzis, and Alice and David Kolb.
